It certainly was not the most conventional start time for a basketball game, but after a 27-minute power delay, the lights finally came back on at Avon High School.
Despite the power outage, the Avon (1-0) girls basketball team topped Bay (0-1) on Friday, 57-33, for their first win of the season.
