General Information

  1. Coaches scratch meeting at 2:45 p.m. at the Finish Line
  2. Warm-up on the backstretch when appropriate.
  3. Stay in the stands (no spikes please!) and off the football field.
  4. 1/4 spikes ONLY on track and runways.
  5. STARTING BLOCKS WILL BE PROVIDED.
  6. Please use tennis balls to mark the track or runways.
  7. Shot and discus pads are concrete. Common implementations for the shot and discus will be used.
  8. Pole Vault, High Jump, and Long Jump runways are rubberized.
  9. Information packets will be handed out upon arrival.
  10. Long Jump will be open pit.
  11. All Busses must park at the High School.  Coaches...make sure you get your bus drivers phone numbers so you can contact you when it is time to pick up.

Entry Fee $175 per team – $350 for both girls and boys teams

Events: All timing will be performed by FAT. All Running Events will be seeded finals, please enter FAT verifiable times. We ask coaches to enter seed times with integrity. All running events will be run on a rolling schedule. Long Jump will be run by Flights. 

Entry Limit: Each school will be permitted to enter two athletes per running event, one relay team per relay, and two athletes per field event

Starting Tentative starting heights for each applicable event are as follows:

Heights: Girls High Jump – 4’3”, Boys High Jump –5’3”, Girls Pole Vault – 7’-6”.

Boys Pole Vault 8’-6”. Official starting heights will be announced after

entries are submitted and reviewed.

Entries: Mile Split

Scratch/Substitutions due: All Substitutions for field events and open races are to be turned in to the meet director no later than 2:45 p.m. on Friday at scratch meeting. It will be a straight substitution, no reseeding will be done. Any athlete that is scratched from a field event or open race, will be scratched for the entire meet. There are substitutions for relays. Those will be done at the starting line.

ATHLETES WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH RACE. ATHLETES NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COMPETE.

PLEASE KEEP ALL ATHLETES OFF OF THE INFIELD AT ALL TIMES.

Lanes: Lanes are assigned by the Hy-Tek Scoring System by entered times.

Scoring: Team points for each event will be awarded as follows:

1st Place – 10 5th Place – 4

2nd Place – 8 6th Place – 3

3rd Place – 6 7th Place – 2

4th Place – 5 8th Place – 1

Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in both the Boys and Girls competitions. Medals will be given for places 1-3.

Admission: Admission will be $7.00 – Tickets  can be purchased online at:

AWARDS: Medals to first, second, and third individuals; ribbons to fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth. Individual awards will be placed in team bags for coaches to pick up at the end of the meet in the press box.

Girls/Boys Pole Vault – Girls Open 7-6 – Boy to enter at 8-6

Girls Long Jump and Boys Long Jump will be run simultaneously in 2 pits.

Boys High Jump (Opening Height 5-3, 5-6, Then by 2”) Girls to Follow (Opening Height 4-3, 4-6, Then by 2”)

Boys Discus (Three throws then Top 9 to Finals 1-1-1 Format) followed by Girls Discus

Girls Shot Put (Three throws then Top 9 to Finals 1-1-1 Format) followed by Boys Shot Put

Running Events (No Prelims. All finals based seed time)- Start at 5:00 p.m. rolling schedule

RUNNING EVENTS All participants MUST report to the Bullpen Area, North End of Track
