Summer Hours and Transcript Requests
Avon High School Access/Gate
The gate from Hunter’s Trail to Avon High is closed for the summer.
To access Avon High School, use Detroit Rd. Also, if practicing on the AMS field turf, access the field via the main entrance of AMS via Long Road.
Avon High School Summer Hours 2024
The principal’s office will be open until June 21, 2024 and reopen on August 1, 2024.
Hours of operation 8:00am-3:00pm.
The Avon High School student service office will be closed from June 6, 2024 -
August 12, 2024 and will reopen on August 13, 2024.
Hours of operation are 8:00am-3:00pm.
The athletic office will be closed from June 7, 2024 - July 31, 2024.
To collect physicals the athletic office will reopen for two days in July:
Monday, July 22nd & Tuesday, July 23rd from 8:00-2:00pm
The athletic office will reopen on August 1, 2024.
Work Permits or Transcript Requests
If you have a transcript request or a work permit application, please email Courtnay Reinart at [email protected] through June 21st.
After June 21st, please email Deb Suhay at [email protected] through August 12th.
Student Services will reopen on Tuesday, August 13th for transcripts and work permit requests; Kristen Grudzien, [email protected].

2024 -2025 Advanced Placement Summer Work
Any student who has enrolled in an Advanced Placement course for the 2024 - 2025 school year is invited to join the Advanced Placement @ AHS Google Classroom.
The code to join is: oidpmbk (all lowercase letters).
Students can then click on "Classwork" and then find the title of the AP course they are taking (listed in alphabetical order).
Summer work instructions have been posted by AP teachers by subject.
This Google Classroom will be used throughout the year to communicate important information about the Advanced Placement Program and Exams.
