In the fall of each school year, we offer students who are not currently enrolled in the Avon Schools the opportunity to shadow at Avon High School. Shadowing is recommended for students in the 8th grade and beyond who are considering Avon High School for the following school year.
We will offer 4 shadowing opportunities during the school day on Thursdays during the month of November. Students must register in advance for their shadow day. There are a maximum of 5 students per shadow day based on date and time of registration. If a shadow day does not appear in the google form, that day is already at capacity.
Our shadow days for the 23-24 school year are: November 2, 2023; November 9, 2023; November 16, 2023; November 30, 2023.
Each Avon High School shadow day starts at 7:50am and ends at 2:00pm. Students should enter and leave through the Main Entrance (west side of the high school) which is located near the Performing Arts Center entrance. Students should bring a book, notebook, pen/pencil and a packed lunch.
